Also known as a sleep study, this test is used to diagnose sleep disorders.

Polysomnography or a sleep study is used to diagnose sleep disorders. This test measures your brain activity, eye movement, oxygen levels, heart rate, and breathing pattern. Sleep studies are usually done at a sleep clinic, where you will be asked to arrive in the evening so they can monitor your nighttime sleep patterns. One of the main disorders diagnosed by a sleep study is sleep apnea.

At C-O2, we know our patients’ time is valuable. We will work with you and your physician to find an appropriate sleep diagnostic centre that can provide timely, comprehensive care.
